Collaboration and team building will characterize much of your academic career at Prep. With that comes a wealth of both challenges and opportunities to learn. When ideas are being shared, changes, and acted upon, feelings can get in the way of progress. It’s called being defensive and turns out, it is the single greatest inhibitor to true collaboration. Jim Tamm shares years of experience in getting out of the red zone and cultivating a “green zone” attitude.
